2018, 2nd China-UK TCM Summit has been successfully finished.
On the Sunday 12th August 2018, the Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (FTCMP) jointly held the 2nd China-UK Traditional Chinese Medicine Summit in Oxford University with the Oxford Chinese Medicine Research Centre, the Committee of Appropriate Health Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CATCM) and the UK Research & Development Centre for Chinese Traditional Culture (UKCTC).
Counsellor Jiang Sunan of the People’s Republic of China Embassy in London and Professor Ma Boying Chair of FTCMP have given speeches at the opening of the forum.The following experts from the TCM sector, Dr Yuling Ma, the Director of Oxford Chinese Medicine Research Centre; Professor Yueqing Li, the former Dean of Dongzhimen Hospital Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and the Chairman of CATCM; Dr. Buxian Zhu, the famous Chinese Medical Specialist; Dr. Alicia Grant, the famous TCM Master Physician in UK; Dr. Duoduo Li, the Deputy Chief Physician from Dongzhimen TCM Hospital; Dr. Youjun Wang, Consultant from FTCMP alone side with special guests George He, the Managing Director of Phoenix Medical Ltd., Prof. Shulan Tang, the President of Shulan College of TCM and Dr. Alice Bordas, the Director of 123firstaid.uk, have given wonderful speeches. They also shared their professional views on the research of TCM, Tuina techniques, acupuncture in pain management, Standards of Chinese Medicine, TCM Education etc.
